Dax is an award-winning Adobe Certified PDF Trainer who has been working in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry for nearly two decades. He has spent the last 5 years running accessibility programs and teaching accessibility to thousands world-wide at events such as Adobe Max and Creative Pro Week. Dax focuses on creating time-saving methodologies and solutions that keep projects on track despite having to adapt to unfamiliar accessibility requirements.
Donna Smith is the manager of accessible services for Sound Transit. Donna has over thirty-five years experience as a professional in the field of disability advocacy with most of those years as a training and technical assistance specialist on disability-related laws and issues. Since 2002, she has focused specifically on transportation issues.
Donna understands firsthand the essential role of accessible, affordable transportation in the lives of people with disabilities.
I am a Certified Professional in Web Accessibility (CPWA) and am well versed in WCAG, ADA, Section 508, ARIA, and screen readers (JAWS, NVDA, and VoiceOver).

I work with:
• designers to create accessible wireframes and prototypes
• developers to implement accessible designs
• testers to verify accessible implementation
• management to create remediation plans

I also teach accessibility classes on WCAG basics, ARIA coding, screen readers, and how to test for accessibility.
